Are all your ceramics handmade?
Yes! Every piece is crafted by hand in Romania. Because of this, no two items are identical — small variations in shape, glaze, or color are part of what makes each piece unique.
Are the ceramics food safe?
Absolutely. All our pieces are made with lead-free glazes and are safe for daily use.
Can I use them in the dishwasher or microwave?
Yes, all our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Will the color look exactly like in the pictures?
We photograph everything carefully, but since each item is handmade, small differences may appear. We like to think of these as the soul of handmade work.
🚚 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Germany, for now.
How long will delivery take?
Within Germany, orders usually arrive in 2–4 business days.
How are the ceramics packaged?
Your order will arrive safely wrapped in eco-friendly packaging that keeps each piece protected on its way to you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
On the rare chance that happens, send us photos within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original condition.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I send ceramics as a gift?
Of course! You can add a gift note during checkout, and we’ll send it directly to your loved one.

How should I care for my ceramics?
Avoid sudden changes in temperature, handle them with care, and whenever possible, handwash to keep them looking their best for years to come.
Can I use handmade plates every day?
Yes! Our ceramics are designed to be both beautiful and practical — perfect for everyday meals as well as special occasions. We use them everyday in our home.
